The Porsche Card is a joint initiative between trusted financial partners:

• Porsche Financial Services GmbH is the manager of the Porsche Card program.

• Enfuce License Services Ltd issues the card under a Visa Europe license and is a licensed electronic money institution regulated by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland.

• Bankaktiebolaget Nordiska (publ) acts as the credit institution in the partnership and is authorized and supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen).

Together, these partners combine expertise in banking, technology, and brand experience to deliver a secure and innovative Porsche Card.

Loss of Card / Blocking Your Card

If your Porsche Card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission, you can block it immediately.

• 24/7 card blocking by phone:
  +49 711 911-11722

• Via the My Porsche app:
  Use the Freeze/Unfreeze function to temporarily block your card.
